Edward D. Neufville has broad experience, practicing immigration law,
appellate representation, and litigation. He advises clients and
appears on their behalf before federal courts, U.S. consulates, the
Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and U.S. immigration courts.
Through his core practice of immigration law, Edward has also
successfully represented individuals in applying for immigration
benefits with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service
(USCIS) and organizations in obtaining visas on behalf of permanent
and temporary professionals and other highly skilled staff.
In July 2006, Edward received the American Immigration Lawyers
Association (AILA), DC chapter pro bono award for his service in
representing indigent clients in immigration matters. He is also the co-
chair of the Young Lawyers Division for the D.C. chapter of AILA.
Edward is admitted to practice as an attorney to Maryland; the U.S.
District Court, Baltimore division; the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for
the Fourth Circuit; and the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Fifth
Before becoming an attorney, Edward received his J.D. from the
Washington and Lee University School of Law. In addition, he
received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
